Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you use this website or book junk removal with Versatile Pro Junk Solutions in Waldorf, Maryland. By booking with us, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Prices on this website are estimates. We price by how much space your items take up in our truck. Your final price is confirmed on-site before any work begins, and you can say no at that point.

Extra fees

Mattresses have a $50 disposal fee each, and tires have a $10 fee each.

Scheduling

Same-day service is offered when our schedule allows. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us as soon as you can. In severe weather, we may contact you to reschedule for safety.

Items we cannot take

For safety and disposal rules, we cannot remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, or pressurized tanks.

Your items

Please only ask us to remove items that you own or have permission to get rid of, and tell us clearly what should stay. Once items are hauled away, we may not be able to get them back.

Payment

Payment is due after the job is completed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved digital payments.

Website information

We do our best to keep this website accurate, but details like prices and service areas can change. Call or text us to confirm.
